IELTS
IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. The University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, British Council, and IDP jointly manage the IELTS. The IELTS test is a mandatory requirement for those who seek to study or work abroad in the English-speaking countries. The test is used to assess the level of English proficiency of the test-taker in 4 modules such as LISTENING, READING, WRITING, AND SPEAKING. Students are required to take Academic IELTS while job-seekers take the General test. Both the tests are scored on 9 and the results are valid for 2 years.
